Joule Heating in copper nanowire

Hi Ivar,

I hope I am not bugging you by reaching out to you many times, but the I am in quite a tight situation. What I am trying to simulate is a nanometer strip of copper surrounded by SiO2 and a layer of copper above and a layer of tungsten below (see geomt.png). I am applying 1V across the upper layer of copper and providing a "heat source condition" on all domains. Also I have applied "temperature" boundary condition to the bottom boundary of tungsten and set the temperature as 293K (room temp). However on simulation of this, I have two problems - [1] the temperature increase is bizzare (~20000K) and [2] the rise in temperature is almost instant (2 nanosec). I have checked with the material parameters and I have no idea whats going wrong. Can you please help me out.
Thank you for your time.
